There are four apartments located in the historic Clifford building.
These apartments are currently set up as one bedroom apartments with a formal dining room, an office, living room and an eat in kitchen. The dining rooms could easily be converted to a second bedroom. All apartments have one full bath. The ceilings are high and the woodwork is beautiful. The apartments have a separate, secure entrance on 10th Street. Heat and water are paid. Rent is $650 per month.
